PRODUCT STRUCTURE

The production line consists of shredding system, milling system, sorting system and dust collection system. The whole process is controlled by PLC.

Through shredding, grinding, vibration screening, (the incompletely separated metal and nonmetal will reentry into the grinding machine to be grinded again) gravity separating, electrostatic separating and pulse dust collecting, the metal and nonmetal will reach about 99% of separation, eventually get metal and non-metallic collective, and the valuable components after dismantling machine can also be recycled refined.

Application and performance

Few years ago ,through two-time crushing the PCB and then use gravity separator to separate the mixture powder.The purity of the final copper powder is around 85% and there is amount of metals remained in the dust also .
Now using the electrostatic technology the purity of the final copper powder can reach to 98% which is strongly recommended.

It aims to extract and recover metal and non-metallic from the waste PCB through the process of crushing, pulverize and air separation. It eradicates the traditional way of incineration and chemical agents dousing and tremendously reduces environmental pollution,and it contributes greatly to human health and ecological balance. Steps

1. Electronic components dismantling line: Disassemble the electric components by PCB Baking machine, no smoke pollution;

2. Primary shredder: It is used to crush circuit board baseplate into small pieces 5-20mm;

3. PCB all-in-one machine: PCB fine crusher: Further pulverize small pcs into powder; Air separation: it used for separating metal and nonmetal; Cyclone dedust machine: dust collection.

4. Pulse dust collector: The complete process is no dust, no pollution.
