Application for Wet Type Copper Recycling Line :

Get the copper separated from waste cable and wire through crushing and gravity separation process .The system is for all types the power plug, computer cables, grease cable, with characteristics of compact structure, easy-to-operate and good performance. Water within wet gravity separation system can be recycled. The system is for small-scale production.
The system applies for all types of cables,such as:communication cable,flower wire,fire lines,bus lines,single-branch,multi-branch,wool silk lines,miscellaneous cables,automotive cables,with high recovery rate,easy operation and auto control system.Typical system can process 500 kg cables per hour, and its capacity can be adjusted accordingly to the output device configuration to meet higher demand.
The process is from dry separating to wet separating.Larger particles of copper are automatically processed through dry separating,thin copper wire is automatically through wet separating.Copper recovery rate can reach 99.9%.Automatical system is also available to achieve less labor cost.

Function of each component :
Infeed conveyor belt : feeding the waste cables to the system .
Intelligent cable shredder : shred the cable into pieces and make the steel ready to be separated .
Conveyor Belt: deliver the cables between equipment.
Magnetic separator : separate the steel from the cable pieces .
Copper Granulator : crush the pieces into fine uniform sized granule, allowing the copper to separate from plastic .
Vibrating air separator: Separate the larger particles of copper.
De-dusting System:remove dust from the system to make high quality output .
Hydraulic separation equipment:Thin copper wire is automatically through wet separating .
